Now, the head of PR for Marc Jacobs' men's division has been spotted out at New York fashion parties with quite the conversation piece - an ankle bracelet. Tim Mark Garcia is currently out on bond and facing extradition back in the Philippines on "plunder" charges, according to Page Six.
I guess any publicity is good publicity?
