Because she turned 36 this weekend! Nothing looks as good as skinny feels, except maybe Kate for her age.
Hopefully she doesn't age as gracefully as she tore that Balmain dress...
Happy Birthday, Kate! I guess that means you have to start being a real mom now, and maybe marry that dude while you're at it. That is unless you have something better to do.
