Unfortunate staples at the worst-attended New York FW2010 shows (you know who you are) included studded glasses, the Rihanna tuft, tranny footwear, and shoulder epaulets. 65% of the losers loitering in the tents donned these items... back in February! Please, Karl. Please make it go away.
Once upon a time, Balmain was the distinct authority on 80s sex-glam and stud application. The models who traipsed around the pool of the Paris Ritz in March 2009 were the last to wear this trend at its peak.
